TRAINING & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We are big on supporting our team to go to relevant conferences, training courses, and professional development opportunities. We have a training fund to use for external training or conferences, and we provide professional development hours for self-directed learning during your working week.

HYBRID WORKING

We may do one or two days per week in the office, but mostly we work from home. Office space is available in Auckland CBD for any of the team who want to use it at any time – it’s a great space with height-adjustable desks, meeting rooms, breakout spaces with beanbags, arcade games, coffee machines, snacks – everything you need. We get together at least once a month for a day in the office and have lunch together.
